How to print Sudoku puzzles

  1. Choose a level: Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert.
  2. Choose how many puzzles go on each page: 1 (large print), 2, 4 or 6.
  3. Set the number of pages, from 1 to 10.
  4. Leave the answer key on if you want solutions at the end, or switch it off.
  5. Press Print. Your browser's print dialog opens; choose a printer or save as PDF.

The preview shows exactly what will come out of the printer. Each grid has its level and number underneath, and the site name appears small at the bottom of the page. Headers, menus and ads are never printed.

Every set is reproducible. The address bar keeps the level, a set number and your layout, so bookmarking or sharing the link brings back the same puzzles. Press New set for a different selection from the same level.

Printing tips

For classrooms, clubs and older players

One puzzle per page gives large cells and big digits, which many older players and anyone with reduced vision find more comfortable. Teachers often choose 4 or 6 easy puzzles per page for a quick warm-up, then hand out the answer key afterwards. Because every set has a fixed address, everyone in a group can receive the same sheet.

Which level should I print?

Easy sheets suit beginners and quick warm-ups, and they are the best choice for a first lesson. Medium sheets are a good everyday puzzle for regular solvers. Hard and expert grids need notes, so print them one or two per page to leave room for pencil marks in the cells.

No download is needed. Choose your options and press Print; to get a PDF, pick 'Save as PDF' in your browser's print dialog.

Yes. They come from the same checked collection as the online levels, so each has exactly one solution and needs no guessing.
